Title: Management of citrus black spot and citrus canker: joint chemical control, decision support system and resistance of fruit with modification in terpene content.

Description: Project FAPESP process #2020/05701-0. This project aims to: (i) elaborate a joint chemical control program for CBS and CC, (ii) develop a decision support system for CBS and CC, based on the results of this project, previous research from our group and data available in the literature, and (iii) assess the resistance of GM sweet oranges to these two diseases in a field trial planted in 2013 in SP. With this project, it is expected to help citrus growers to optimize the management of these important diseases, associating effective control with minimal use of pesticides in order to make citrus a more economical and environmentally sustainable crop.

Data and metadata files of Fundecitrus projects deposited in the Fundecitrus Research Data Repository will be available after acceptance of the publication of manuscripts or patents associated with the data.

The data of each project will be preserved and made available for at least ten years after the end of the project.

The sharing of data and metadata deposited in this portal will occur after the User completes the request form and accepts the terms of use of the data accessed, that will be submitted to the Author for evaluation and subsequent access release. Once approved, the User will receive a message by e-mail and the download of the data file will be available for two days.

The User is anyone wishing to obtain the data, and the Author is the person who generated the data and placed it in the repository.

By accepting the Fundecitrus Research Data Repository use terms and conditions for data access, the User will agree:

1. To use the data files for research and learning purposes only, and not to use the data files for commercial and profitable purposes without previous written permission from the Author;

2. Not to postulate obtain any patent or other kind of intellectual property protection based on or using the accessed data;

3. Not to further distribute the data files, regardless of previous written permission from the Author;

4. To preserve at all times the confidentiality of the information pertaining to individuals or organizations in the data files, where the information is not in the public domain. Not use the data to attempt to obtain or derive information relating to an identifiable individual or organization, and not to claim to have obtained or derived such information;

5. To give credit to the Author in the form of co-authorship or to acknowledge and/or cite the Author, as well as the data source (Fundecitrus Research Data Repository), and the support of the research funding agency of the project, in any publication or presentation based in whole or in part on the accessed data;

6. To send to Fundecitrus bibliographic details of any published work based on the accessed data;

7. That breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement will subject the User to all civil, commercial and criminal liabilities, indemnities, sanctions and/or penalties that may be applicable under the law, including, but not limited to, moral damages and loss of profits.
